How do I detect my IP address, TV Brand, Model Number and Mac ID address for my device?

Download the Fing Desktop App

Go to https://www.fing.com/

Download the Fing Desktop App. This will enable you to detect your IP address, TV Brand,  Model Number and Mac ID address. 

After the app is installed. Select your device where you are installing the platform to pull up this information.

We’ll need this to activate your device.
