How do I add a property to my host dashboard?

Add properties individually or connect via API to your property management system.

Adding Properties Individually

  1. Login to your ExperiHaus host dashboard. 
  2. Click "Add a New Property"
  3. Fill in the following fields: 
    1. Name of Property
    2. Wifi Network Name (this has to be entered exactly as its seen when a guest selects the network)
      1. Select "Wifi has a password
    3. Wifi password (this is caps sensitive)
    4. Street Address (this will auto populate, select the address from the drop down and the other fields will be completed)
  4. Choose either "Personal Residence" or "LLC, LLP or S-Corp
  5.  Click Submit

 

Adding Properties via API Connection with Property Management System (Hostaway, Owerrez or Lodgify are currently supported by our platform)

  1. Login to your ExperiHaus host dashboard.
  2. Click "Integrations"
  3. Select "Connect" for your Property Management System.
  4. Enter the Required Information / Credentials: 
    1. Ownerrez: Login to your Ownerrez account using your typical credentials.
    2. Lodgify: Enter the API key that you have set up in Lodify for ExperiHaus. Click connect.
    3. Hostaway: Enter the Account ID and API key that you have set up in Hostaway for ExperiHaus. Click connect.
  5. After a successful connection has been established, the property details and guest information will by synced with your ExperiHaus host dashboard.
  6. Navigate to "My Properties" and you will see a list with all of your property listings. 
  7. Click "Edit" on each property listing to access that individual properties data. This is where you will enter the Wifi Network Name and Password. 
    1. Wifi Network Name (this has to be entered exactly as its seen when a guest selects the network)
      1. Select "Wifi has a password
    2. Wifi password (this is caps sensitive)
  8. Click "Submit" to save the data.
