How do I send messages to my guests?

To add scheduled messages, follow the steps below.

  1. Select "Schedule New Message" 
  2. Use the "Yes" or "No" radio button to select whether you would like the messages to show to all new guests checking into a property. 
    Yes = All Guests
    No = One particular Guest
  3. If yes, select the properties from the list where you would like the message to be sent with each new guest check-in. 
  4. If no, select the property and guest to whom you would like to send the message.
  5. Scroll down to set the date and time when you would like the message to be sent. 
  6. Set the priority which determines the order in which the message will show up on the platform. The message with "1" as the priority will show up at the top of the list of messages.
  7. Use the "Yes" or "No" radio button to set the message to active. This is useful if you want to create a message template that you can activate as needed.
  8. Enter the message title and content. 
  9. Click "Submit" to schedule the message.
