What do I do if I need to change my WIFI?
Updating your network name or password that is featured on the screen for your guests.
- Log in to your host portal account.
- In the left sidebar menu, click "My Properties."
- Find the property where you need to update the network name or password.
- Click the green "Edit" pencil to the right of the property name.
- Update the WIFI Network Name or WIFI password field. You can choose to view the password as you're editing it by clicking the "eye" icon.
- Click the blue "Update Property" button in the upper right.
- You have now saved the updated information.
